We aim to deliver all our orders quickly and seamlessly. Please see details of our delivery costs, timeframes, and terms below. Additionally, you can find information on our returns policy.

Please note: In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

We use An Post Express Postal Service to deliver all our orders. We aim to Despatch all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 5pm next day. An Post Express Delivery can deliver next day but some deliveries can take up to 1 to 3 working days depending on location from Despatch date. All orders processed on Friday through to Sunday before 5pm will be Dispatched Monday. When orders are despatched you will receive a dispatch email with tracking number on there. We do not guarantee next day delivery.

Rest of UK

United Kingdom customers can expect delivery of their orders within 3-10 days. Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels swifter than customers in rural areas. Orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail. Orders with high costs will be sent with Royal Mail registered post.

Rest of the World

We use An Post International Registered Delivery. To check your delivery time estimate then please refer to the grid below. The order status can be checked at www.anpost.ie.

If you have a specific query about a delivery address outside of Ireland, UK or the rest of Europe, please contact us using info@secretfashionfixes.ie and we will be able to give you a specific delivery quote.

Additional Terms

In the unlikely event of an item not being available, we will contact you to suggest alternative goods where appropriate, or to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to stock availability. All delivery charges are subject to change.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused, undamaged condition and in its original retail packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund.

For Damaged Items YOU MUST notify us immediately via email to: customerservice@secretfashionfixes.ie no longer than 12 hours of receipt of items.

Please note, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and in the correct packaging and the customer must pay postage costs back to us. We are NOT responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods. Refunds will be issued less the cost of delivery. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
